Voluntary Action Center of Northern Illinois is partnering with the Starved Rock Country Community Foundation
to strengthen its Meals on Wheels services in the Illinois Valley region and is seeking public support.
The Meals on Wheels Sustainability Committee Members were carefully selected to bring together individuals
with a range of skills, networks, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact.
Members with large networks offer access to potential donors, enhancing our ability to fund projects and reach wider audiences.
Due to our large geographical area, we chose members who live or work in different towns throughout LaSalle, Bureau, and Putnam Counties.
Our committee members consist of professionals in finance, marketing, small business owners, healthcare, human resources, and more.
The majority of our members serve on various non-profit boards in leadership roles and are active volunteers in their communities.
Members from various backgrounds are key to developing strategies that effectively communicate our mission, drawing attention to our cause and inspiring support. Additionally, all members share a dedication to helping others, forming a cohesive group driven by compassion and a desire to help
Voluntary Action Center achieve our Meals on Wheels Sustainability Campaign goals.
Together, their diverse strengths create a well-rounded team capable of achieving impactful results.
