Yesterday, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, we honor his legacy by embracing the spirit of service and giving back to our community. Our incredible Meals on Wheels volunteers embody this spirit every day, delivering more than just meals—they bring kindness, connection, and hope to those in need.

This #DayOfCaring, we celebrate their dedication and encourage everyone to follow Dr. King’s example by making a difference in your own way. Whether it’s volunteering your time, supporting a neighbor, or sharing a smile, every act of care matters.

Thank you to our amazing volunteers for being the heartbeat of Meals on Wheels. Together, we can create a stronger, more compassionate community.

We celebrated 50 years as an organization and 20 years for our LaSalle Bureau Putnam County operation.

There is much to be thankful for:
a great group of people who work hard daily to serve our clients,
wonderful volunteers who serve sacrificially,
and so many generous donors.

Together, we make such a difference in the lives of so many!
May your new year be fruitful and impactful to those around you.
