VAC rural services operate Monday thru Friday, 6:00 am-10:00 pm, and Saturday, 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Please note:
- Cash fare must be the exact amount. Drivers do not handle cash and will not make changes or issue vouchers.
- All old forms of payment will be honored until 9/30/2018. After that, they will no longer be accepted. Old forms of payment will be discontinued beginning 8/20/2018.
How is this service paid for?
Funding for the Dial-A-Ride program is received from state and federal grants, local governments, user fares, United Ways Grants, charitable foundations, and from the VAC fundraisers. As a 501(C)(3) charitable organization, VAC also uses donations from our generous community to keep these services going. Please consider donating to VAC.
